I received fantastic service with Johnson Richards Plumbing. The office Manager was welcoming, professional and a delight to deal with. My issue was passed on to a plumber who was very knowledgeable and informed me of all possible solutions and kept me informed throughout the process. Great work ethic, fast, efficient and friendly. Very satisfied and would highly recommend :)

On behalf of Giannina. Very expensive, plumbers inexperienced or not up to scratch. Receptionist very rude yelling over the phone. Overall terrible experience . definitely won't be doing any more business with them and would recommend no one else does, find someone else.

I’ve used them before and gotten great serviceI do understand small businesses are short handed, and jobs get delayed.But what really annoys me is that they have ghosted me for four months. After they agreed to do the job all of my phone calls and emails have gone unanswered. Never bothered to reply. Not once.I’ve cancelled the job and won’t use them again.

I am so happy with the works Carried out by Johnson Richards Plumbers. I was amazed how prompt and reliable they were. Arriving everyday on time. They worked very hard on our new roof, even suggesting colour schemes for us. There was no mess to worry about. Their politeness went such a long way. Even my little girl was able to watch, they were so friendly and above all else great value for money. We were expecting it to cost way more than it did, after having several other quotes. A Plus To Johnson Richards, so professional. Thank you all. They come highly recommended and I have already recommended them to my friends and family.

Highly recommend these guys, came out quickly during lockdown to perform an essential service on my mother and father's water cylinder, and came out quickly to find find a fault with one of the valves, was fixed in a jiffy and no charge due to second call out Many thanks to Tim, Wayne and the guys, take care out there. Told me they would do a size visit, took them almost 6 weeks to get there and then was told the job was too difficult and they wouldnt bother. They also said they would organise a CCTV inspection of my pipes and they didnt bother. Only found out they hadn't bothered after ringing them to follow up several times. Not good for their word, unreliable.
