If i could rate 0 I would. The lady at the front desk seriously needs to work on her customer service skills. I travelled 40km round trip to get a tube and get it fitted. Long story short after waiting I ended up having to return the next day only to be told the tube they ordered for me was put in someone else's tyre and I would have to come back the next day. This was the only time she actually smiled during any of the interactions she had with me. Like it was a big joke. Interestingly the first person I told about the service I received said they would never go back there after they fitted the wrong tyres on their car and getting the same service.

Great service with comprehensive supply of tyres at very competitive prices and excellent polite and well qualified staff.Hard to beat in Levin.

Took my car in for a wheel alignment,got told they could not do it as my 2 frount tyres we’re beyond the point of baldness. Needless to say It passed a wof the week earlier and one of the front tyres was virtually 1 week old.Took it elsewhere and got a wheel alignment straight away.

Had to sit on 80kmph with around 20 other vehicles most of the way to Otaki on Thursday morning because your truck driver wouldn't move over and let people pass in spite of there being multiple opportunities for him to do so. Be sure to thank him for being repellent to potential customers by displaying ignorance like that.

Excellent fast and friendly service. Great price for new tyre, fitting and wheel balancing. Also at no extra cost sprayed tyres and cleaned hub caps.

I stopped at this shop almost clossing time. Honest and provided professional advise. fitted the spare tire without charging us that will allow us to continueour trip safely. Many thanks guys
