Good shop with great stock. Sales people extremely pushy however the second you enter the store, and wont let you browse without constantly asking questions, even if you're in the middle of having a conversation with someone else. Bags are good though and so are prices, they have some great sales. Make sure you sign up for their store card if you are likely to visit this, or another branch again.

Very exceptional customer service. Best I've seen in NZ for last 10 years. I had a minor issue & they went out of their way to resolve it. I'm their customer for life & rave about strand bags to my colleagues at work. Their manager Paul B, front line staff Harleen & Jo on phone. Excellent work 5 stars I wish I could give more stars

Good brand i have bought my laptop bag from here ..my family buy there purses hand bags very affordable.

Indian lady with the fake blue contacts spends her time at work on the phone speaking her native tongue and claims to be on the phone with her manager did not spare a moment to explain how a lock from her store works when I had asked!Substandard service that puts Strand Bags into disrepute, I am really appalled as I’ve never experienced this at other Stand Bag outlets.

Online was glitch which is unusual, and the girl instore was brisk to the point of being rude... particularly as no one else was in there.... bag is made from the normal materials strand uses, so generally will get about a year out of it before it falls to pieces.

You guys have a nice selection but they're bad quality and never last long. Either the zipper comes off the bag or the material starts to peel.

This doesn’t even deserve a star really, but couldn’t write anything until I clicked one....I have just come from the New Lynn Mall branch in Auckland New Zealand, and I have been told that I cannot have my money back in cash because I paid for it with my eftpos card. I no longer have that card and needed the money back urgently, which by the way was under 50 dollars, but I was refused, so I asked to speak to the manager and was refused once again. The worker, then rang the manager and I was told that it would be the same outcome, withholding my money from me. I am completely shocked by this, as I am a manager myself and am very familiar with the C.G.A and know my rights. It doesn’t state anywhere on the docket that how I pay is how I get the refund. The worker then refused to tell me the managers name but I’m the end I got the name. Very disappointed by this experience and really would like this looked into and would like my money returned ASAP
