I purchased two 3 seaters from DA Lewis 17 years ago for a new home I built as I wanted everything to be new and contemporary to suit my new home.It is still comfortable and still looks fantastic. (Although i am now living in Australia but still looks and feels “almost” like new) The quality is outstanding and I’m surprised by a couple of negative comments on your reviews.My experience in retail of over 25 years has been most people that complain have other issues and there’s always two sides to the truth.I cannot comment about your quality now but from my experience I am so impressed I still tell friends about about how satisfied I’ve been with your product.CheersDave Allen

Service was excellent - We were shown the type of lounge chairs we were interested in and given leather samples to take home to check the colour.The chair we purchased was delivered on time, and we got a follow up phone call from DA Lewis to check that everything was in order.A very pleasant experience all round, thanks

After quite an extensive and fruitless search for some new furniture we ended up at DA Lewis. The only reason it took us so long to get to DA Lewis was we had to go past many other furniture shops before we got there. Out of all the furniture shops we visited this was by far the best, with really helpful friendly knowledgable staff. They had a really good and varied range and the prices were very competitive. Both pre sales and post sales service have been excellent and from now on we will be going directly to DA Lewis before visiting anywhere else.

We are very happy with the purchase we made from DA Lewis. All the staff working there are extremely friendly, and made us feel very comfortable from the off-set. Nothing was a bother, they were extremely knowledgeable about all the suites etc. They let us explore the show room, then helped us out in making decisions. We purchased a Stefano 2 seater couch, and 2 Raphael recliners. They warned us from the off-set that there would be a 6mth wait for them to arrive from China. They arrived when they said they would and were promptly delivered last week. Other than the cushions being a bit firm, (they'll obviously soften up as they're sat in) the furniture is so comfortable, look's really nice, and seems to be such good quality. I can't speak highly enough of DA Lewis and will definitely be shopping there again.

We are delighted with our mondo sofas.The workmanship is first class. The pattern matching on the fabric is perfect.( I know it was a tricky one to match)We are pleased to buy a New Zealand made product.The sales team were great.Thank you Gareth.
