When you initially go in for an interview they entice you with various job opportunities and job roles that are available through them, this is all lies. Once the interview had finished I waited 4 days and didn’t hear anything, after numerous phone calls I had to personally call in to be told that the advisor I wanted to see was conveniently in a meeting but they ensured that she would phone back once the meeting had finished. This never happened after several attempts trying to contact them again I lost hope. I’m greatly disappointed with this company I recommend trying elsewhere.

Had a great experience with the Wellington and FlexHive team recently. Jess and Valentina were fantastic with all aspects of temp recruitment - communication and great attitudes. Sean was brilliant with the contracting recruitment side of things - incredibly fast communication, highly perceptive with regards to finding good matches, and just awesome at keeping in touch - highly proactive! Another opportunity ended up being better timing-wise, but Hudson would be one of the first places I would go back to for wonderful candidate care and customer service. Highly recommended!

The team at Hudson Wellington are fantastic. There are a huge number of recruitment agencies for a candidate to choose from in Wellington, but the market knowledge that Matt, Sean and the team are able to demonstrate, and the range of roles they have access to makes them one of the best in the market. I have also been particularly impressed with the extremely quick assistance I’ve received to various queries I’ve had over the course of my placements. The aftercare of candidates once they’ve been placed is extremely important, and not something very many agencies focus on, which stops me coming back to them, but I can’t rate this engagement highly enough from the Hudson team. Have recommended them to several friends.
