Updated review: They have since had me back in to have a further complimentary facial with Chloe (who was amazing) at Takapuna to make amends which was fantastic and said their staff would be further trained in lash lifts to avoid any future issues.Great for facials but had a really bad experience with a yumi lash lift being over processed at commercial bay so my lashes are all bent and over curled. I was offered a complimentary facial to make up for this, however that was the same price as the lash lift so I really paid for a facial and badly damaged natural lashes. They tried to fix the lashes with another lift but they were too damaged so I am still growing this bad lift out three months later.

Zahlee is a huge asset to the Skintopia Takapuna team. She is so talented, really takes her time and makes sure you feel comfortable. I've been back to her twice now and will continue doing so! Thank you so much!

Chloe and the team at Skintopia are so warm, gentle and helpful! Ive been seeing Chloe for the last 8 month, and she had transformed my skin. Would highly recommend Skintopia to anyone who is looking for some advice on skincare or in need to relax an hour or two.

The best facial experience on the north shore. Such a gorgeous spa and the kindest and most informative team who look after you and your needs. I had an amazing experience both during and after my facial. Couldn't reccomend more. Happy to have found my new fave!

I’ve been seeing Chloe for over a year now and she’s fantastic at providing exceptional service, really wants best out of the treatment giving me great recommendations and her massages are divine.Every time I left feeling amazing and refreshed. I have regular Osmosis facials with Chloe who is amazing. The salon is beautiful, towels are all lovely and plush, everything is clean and well lit so you can relax the moment you get to your room. Chloe's facials are next level, her massage is incredible.

Beautiful facials, and really lovely staff. I love coming for my treatments here with Zahlee. Part way through my first experience here, I already couldn’t wait to come back for my next appointment.Such a nice treat, and my skin has improved so much in such a short time.
