Ive just been to purchase a cast iron skillet from Stevens at Westfield, Riccarton. I was served by Lilie-Mae. She was EXCELLENT. She was very knowledgeable and thorough in her explanation of the products available, very attentive to my individual requirements, and extremely personable, respectful, and polite in her interaction with me. I couldn't have been more impressed. And I'm very happy with my choice of product. Very well done!!

Well. I like the items they have, no doubt the appear to be good, but my experience isn't the best. I did buy a pasta maker and, right after the warranty expired, it started falling apart, literally. Too many broken pieces for being unlucky, too many for a small item such as a pasta maker. Didn't buy much more given my experience and the ridiculous high price. Sometimes you may find a decent deal but, overall, feels smoke and mirrors.
