Golden Yogi

Loved this studio! Has everything you could hope for in a yoga studio:- Beautiful space: Large, well lit, and stocked with everything you could need- Great class: Invigorating and very enjoyable practice with a knowledgable and friendly teacher. Everyone was beaming at the end!

I was looking forward to the class every week.When I went to it, it didn't have enough equipment to use, then the tutor kept referring to the missing equipment to use during the class.Really disappointedI got a phone call from the Golden Yogi and It seems like I am in competition for talking.There was NO offer for help during the night. So the response from the club was even more disappointed .The response was it is part of life" was made with another client in my presence."

Moved to NZ in February and tried about 5 studios before I found this little gem. Love the studio, the teachers and the staff!

Amazing yoga studio!! Variety of classes (some hard vinyasa and some incredibly relaxing yin). The studio is clean, modern and very stylish. There's always beautiful tea before / after class. Highly recommend.

Started the pregnancy yoga with Greer from 17 weeks with their intro deal and loved it. Social pregnancy yoga, where you all share a little about yourself at the start of class and how it is going and then get into the flow. It really makes a difference compared to other pregnancy classes which don’t have that aspect. Nice to share the journey with other Mum’s and Greer has had 3 kids of her own. Greer is very skilled and knowledgeable and her energy and kindness radiates through the room. The classes have been very popular that new classes are being added.Nice yoga space where Erin usually checks you in. The other classes looks great too and have mostly all regulars. Clean space with showers, toilets, naturopathy, massage, and some little yogi things you can buy. Free water and tea as well.Lots of props for pregnancy yoga available too.Love my yoga sessions here.

G.Y teachers and staff stuck with me through a major anxiety breakdown. They have been my rock for the last two and a half years. When I arrived I couldn't get through the meditation parts of a class due to a seriously overactive anxty mind. Two years later I can meditate for an hour at a time. I couldn't do Yin for the same reason so that was my goal from the start. Now I can do Yin but I love my Vinyasa flow, it's a moving meditation and really calming for me. Huge thanks to all the staff at G.Y for being there and for staying with me, it wasn't easy : ) - Yoga can work Magic.

Love this studio, such a relaxing vibe and the classes are amazing!
