Hopeless is all I can say, over a month ago came in to get a thermo switch they where short staffed so had to waiting for ages (understandable)showed the guy the temp switch what it was for and correct temp.He found one in another store said he would order it will be there Monday and will give me a call.Two weeks no call so went in again on a Sunday after a long wait he couldn’t recall then took my sample and looked it up again and actually ordered it again I told him the temp it had to be.Another two weeks no call so in again and found part was there asked if it’s right temp showed him the sample again and he said yes.Got it home and doesn’t fit and after looking online it’s the wrong temp

I went to your Takanini shop and I was having trouble finding a few things and I asked this lady for help I think her name was Olivia I don’t know her last name with no hesitation she answered all my questions, took me over to the product and talked to me about other options that might be better for my car. By far the best service I’ve had there, efficient nice knows what she’s doing and talking about will be shopping here from now on

Rang and ordered parts for my car, said they would ring on tuesday, no call, i rang on wednesday no parts had been ordered, reordered them from a helpful young lady, received a call next day parts were in but got home wrong parts were ordered for me. Went back in next day received parts that were in stock all along and then only credited for 1 part not 2 so have to go back again! I can see they are trying but understaffed and young staff have no experience.

All about your car needs , pretty much something for everyone from the serious auto guys n girls to the Dumbo like me who still isn't sure where the oil goes!! ..lols... But seriously the great staff will see you right , very knowledgeable.

Sneaky marketing and sales practices. Wanted a cheap headlight globe for my wife's car because selling. Found some clearance bulbs for $5, usually $20. She goes in, oh no don't have those, its a marketing error, and dont have the others our website says we do either, sell her a Repco branded bulb for $38???

Rang on Monday afternoon around 4.30ish needed at 12v battery $235.00.Called in at 5.00 to be told, closed early public holiday....nothing mentioned on the phone at time of calling, door signage says5.30pm website says 5.30pm ....Ahh well lost another customer...

Nice and clean store, somehow always looks like its closed from the outside but its not so dont let that put you off.

Walked around for 10 mins trying to find the wiper blades, staff member looked at me and looked straight downNot served, no music, totally dead vibe in the shop. Went over across the road couple 100 metered away to you know who and got what I needed … sorry guys totally missed the mark here.
