Good clothing options, neat atmosphere. Staff are friendly enough. Pity they don't offer more sizes - I can never fit any of the stuff they sell but is still nice to look at.

Good quality surf shop in the centre of Whitianga

Our experience shopping here was not pleasant. This company does not explain to their customers their return/exchange policy to their customers upon purchase. The clothes in the store had make up smears on them, the expensive, branded flip flops we purchased here retain water for days which leads us to believe that this company is selling faulty products knowingly and does not accept returns or refunds.These facts are all beside the point. We initially returned to the store approximately 15 mins after we made our purchase here. My husband bought a hat, he put on the hat outside of the store and said it wasn’t comfortable therefore we returned to the store with the hat and receipt to get our money back. The woman behind the counter claimed that “no one wants to wear a sweaty used hat”. He literally just tried it on as one would do in-store. The person working here she just kept apologizing which might as well have been an acknowledgement that the store policy is in fact wrongful towards the customer. Very unpleasant experience we do not recommend shopping here.
