Always has what I'm after, car parking is usually good even when busy. The cafe is a must, the coffee is amazing and nice range of food.

If you're after a particular product, ask for the head of that section/department for help. We we sent off to go look over there, and if they're not there, then they're gone by 2 different staff members. The 2nd staff member, I said that is the same answer another staff member gave us. The problem is that your store says there is stock actually in store even though over there is empty. Can we have someone who can actually check the store for this product. Then we were directed to the head of that department. Wonderful staff member to deal with. New where to find this particular product. Not in the direction 2 staff earlier sent us in. Our feeling is that they really couldn't be bothered. I am very glad to have asked for a staff member who could actually give us the answers. He was awesome. If it wasn't for this particular staff member, we would've complained to management. Hire staff who want to help and who want to help make a sale for the client shopping.

Good all round warehouse with a big stock of all sorts and sizes equipment, building materials for serious business or just some small projects. They have beautiful selection of tools and hardware to those from. Their staff members are friendly and professional and willing you to provide information about their products. Good advice is always helpful. They have a great parking area to. I really recommend this place.

My dog loved the experience. He met and greeted customers, one truly dog friendly outlet. BTW he behaved. I was relieved he wasn't sitting in the car. Good on Bunnings. Plants, paint and building materials in a friendly environment.

I've always been happy dealing with Bunnings for many years. The prices are fair and products are usually in stock. The staff have always been helpful and given good service. I've always found them cheaper than Mitre 10 also.

The place is so big it's hard to find your way around so maybe some better signs, but luckily the staff is super friendly and are a great help.
