Totally in love with the experience. Professional , friendly and accomodating!I am very impressed with consultation with amazing staff- Twinkle. An asset to the management!Everything was well explained and very helpful in choosing the lens and frames!

The people working on the day I went in were so incredibly kind. I'm terrible with names but the person with the Gunther tattoo and the optometrist with black hair and cool earring jewelry. Had me early when I had booked for 6 I got in and going at 5:30. Were incredibly genuine people and very respectful in nature. Also very patient with me calling for a second opinion on glasses. Lovely to talk to I don't usually want to bother customer service but they were so nice and deserve the praise! Also very helpful when I asked for help with styles and information about what the eye numbers meant and dealing with insurance and such. My compliments to them :)

Mihiri and the team have really been second to none regarding my eye health. I would thoroughly recommend regular eye checks with this team who have been professional and never leave a stone unturned, using their suite of technology and referring where appropriate. Well done

I had the greatest experience purchasing my first pair of glasses in my life. Spent a couple of hours trying on over one hundred pairs in the Newmarket store, all staff were performing above and beyond my expectations. The store was comfortable and well stocked with styles that will suit everyone. Staff offered informed recommendations and style suggestions, they even asked if I’d like 2nd or 3rd opinions on my choice if I’d prefer. Particularly Twinkle was a star and assisted me with respect like a family member or a close friend. Patience, intuition and trust are their clear qualities that made a confident purchase! Thank goodness for for everyone working that day you made my day.

I initially left a one star rating because I didn't appreciate the staff's and optometrist's attitude at all. I also left some feedback on the Specsaver's website. Only a few days later I received a call from Adam, the owner. And not only did he apologise and promised to talk to his team but he genuinely tried to find out what had happened and truly listened to my concerns. Now THIS is what great customer service looks like. Adam really cares about his customers and goes out of his way to make them happy. That deserves five stars!

I got a very friendly customer service helping me fixing my glasses todayApparently she did quick and no charge for it.Thank you and it made me trust the specsavers in here again. Definitely will be back hereI remember couple months ago I was charged from a customer service for $10 for the little rubber. When I did ask they said different branch. Paying is okay but, the service previously wasn’t friendly. I am glad that the management fixed it

Got my eye test done here today. Ada was lovely and knowledgeable. The same goes for the young lady who has recently started working here (can't remember the name sorry). She gave me great recommendations of glasses. I look forward to picking up my prescription glassess soon and I will definitely get my next eye test done here. Thank you.

My husband and I both went to the Newmarket store as the Queen St store closed. We were immediately made welcome by Oscar Lee who helped with our query regarding glasses we thought had been ordered at Queen St but weren't. We made appointments for the following week and we both thought our optometrists were very thorough and discussed all aspects of our eyesight tests. Oscar then helped us choose suitable frames for our prescriptions and took all the necessary measurements. Super nice guy to work with. Looking forward to collecting our new glasses Sunday week.

Still excitedly awaiting my new glasses but told the timeframe so it's all good... I can't speak highly enough of Bethany my assistant who was cheerful helpful caring and informative.My optometrist was thorough efficient at the save time as being patient friendly and clear about my heeds and next steps.
