Awesome service centre andworkshop. Our sons car finished on time and reasonably priced repairs. We also get our Triton ute and American muscle car serviced with Jason as well Sales department friendly and helpful as too.

My son had his vehicle towed No body called him he had his wallet and tools in the vehicle Mitsubishi couldn't even track down the finance company for him to sort it out. Poor communication no one seemed to know much about their own finance my son brought this vechile new only 250kms on the clock quick to take your money as for servicing never going back their.

Yeah not the most friendly of places to visit for a mandated service on my car. But is the closest one available. As soon as I finish my warranty period I will go else where. And to be told they don't clean my car anymore as part of the service was because of the colour of my car was seriously disappointing.

We have 3 Mitsubishi vehicles from the Rotorua,and we do all our car maintenance there. On the odd occasion they haven't got a repair right and we have to return to get it re repaired, but they always rectify the issue.All in all very happy with their service.

Great staff. Front desk always helpful,have a courtesy car if you have to leave your car for servicing and usually ring me when I'm due for warrant or service. Mechanics happy to discuss what they have done and why

terrible service practice, left an air filter in my car for over 2 years 70,000 kms, had been in for 4 services in that time , had to take my ute back as it started smoking for them to replace it , now wont return calls or email . would avoid

Had gear 3rd gear doneClutch pedal was soft and was told it will come rightTalked to the mount Mitsubishi and they said it shouldn't be like thatJust forked out 1400 for Clutch slave to be replaced and told a lot of losses and missing boltsWon't be buying another Mitsubishi and definitely not keen to use rotorua if I can help it
