Very over priced for donated goods. Honestly cheaper to buy brand new in most cases. Was a puzzle there with 15 missing pieces they were trying to sell for $7. What a joke! Used to be our favorite shop to go to, now we will just skip it.

All good. Lovely to visit on a Sat midday with less people than usual. One minus is that the furniture seems to be over priced.

I've been so lucky to live and work so close to this place until recently. I've been known to take a long lunch break to browse while they're open - prices are very affordable and I've gotten some bargains.

Use to be an awesome place to shop, still is to a point but now it's more like a retail store . Most of the good stuff that use to turn up is now put on trade me or held for people who will pay good money for it. When new manager took over prices rose by over 1000% over night, don't get me wrong the hospice is a very worthy cause and costs millions a year to run but now struggling families and those who don't have a lot of money can't really afford to shop there anymore or get less for what they can get. The only reason I give 2 stars is you do now and then still get a bargain.

This is a plainly ridiculous price for a scratched up table. Granted it has turned legs but that is all it has going for it. If you bought the set with the six chairs that desperately need reupholstering you’d be up for 3.6k…what sort of charity shop is this?

Prices are crazy. Somethings I can get brand new cheaper than what the store is trying to sell for. This place should be avoided, other places around new plymouth actually have fair prices. I use to come to this store at least once a week, but over the last few years i havent even really gone as i cant believe how much its changed, and its not for the better. Alot of junk items are priced too high when all they are is junk. Won't be recommending this place

New Management have turned one of the best op shops in the country into an overpriced retail store. The high prices don't always match the condition and some things are cheaper new. The community atmosphere has changed and those who need it most would struggle to afford to shop there. I know it goes to a great cause but surely there's a happy medium when it comes to pricing the goods.

Great shop. Everything my wife brought was cheap 2$-3$. I got some handcrafted leather shoes for $18. Lots to choose from. Clothes furniture toys books and a few cds

Would give zero, prices insane especially for the quality. Shop really dry nothing great, went to go make a donation and was turned away because there short staffed and can’t sought quick enough, when I left I observed them just go sit back down on there arses and do nothing while heaps of goods out back needing to be priced and gone through, I’m talking mountains of donations.Wouldn’t be picky and choosey about the donations you receive as it seems ungrateful. Couldn’t help but overhear them eyeing up items for themselves outback. Just really rank overall the shop and the donations area.You should be disgusted in yourselves really. Ripping off people for a good cause.
