I helped an elder resident who'd fallen outside on the footpath. Horrified that her wheelie walker was only a fraction narrower than the walkways" in the village and that she had to lift it over a large step to get into her villa. I let a staff member in the office know what had happened and she said she'd "call in later". I was truly appalled by the "design" of this village and the lack of interest shown by the staff member in the office."

Great supportive staff. Clean. Residents appear happy. Well protected from pandemic and other viral diseases. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great amenities.

My mum has been here at Elmswood for nearly a year and I can’t speak highly enough of the level of care and service they provide! They are incredible! Amazing food, medical and personal care, entertainment I would totally recommend it. I’m so grateful we could get mum into such a fabulous place. Thank you all
