Auto Valet Car Wash Limited

Took my European car in for an ultimate valet plus headlight clean. Took longer than expected due to many tar spots on the hood that needed to be removed. I was given regular updates around how long it was going to take and the reason, and I appreciate them taking the extra time to do so instead of just leaving them. No complaints there.Headlights and wheels not the best clean ever, and there is still a tonne of moss in the wheel well (I would’ve expected this cleaned but I guess it’s not clearly stated, just something to look out for).The whole interior was well cleaned (they did throw away my new $30 air freshener to replace with a cheap $2 one). However when I drove away I noticed my car must’ve been soaked enough that the handbrake light was stuck on and the windows no longer went down from the driver side. They give instructions for you car after a shampoo that include a disclaimer waiving them of any responsibility for damaged electrics, so I’m guessing this has happened several times. Hoping it will sort itself out when the car dries, but had to drive 30 mins home with the handbrake alarm blasting. Something to also watch out for with European cars as they seem to be the most sensitive.Would definitely suggest checking before driving away for anyone in case there are items they can remedy for you.

Not good service, will not be using again in future.Had work van left for cleaning but seems like only vacuuming is done and heaps spots left with dust including seats, corners of dashboard, door handles, steering wheel.Called twice but no good response, very unprofessional.We had the Toyota Hiace only front cabin cleaned and someone suggested me instead of $49 I should go for $89 only cabin ( Dashboard, mats & front two seats) and the photos uploaded are from the inside cabin not looking cleaned $89 not worth.

Paid $109. Booking ran nearly 3 hours late and when I collected the car it was still dirty. Not properly vacuumed, dash not wiped properly, still dusty with fingerprints. Doors had to be redone as dirt still coming off to the touch leaving your hand black. No apology was made nor diacount or refund offered. Will not be going back

Went to the shop paid top dollar bought most expensive option available for interior . When i was called to pickup the vehicle which i did boot was dirty . ( no vaccum nothing ) which was performed in front of me which was supposed to be shampooed later they said there must have been some stuff in boot which led us to not to touch boot , in truth there was nothing in the boot not even an empty plastic bag .Upon reaching home i found cupholders dirty one ac vent not steamed someone put polish on windscreen which was almost impossible to remove . Upon calling them they said it was my responsibility to check car before taking it home and we do lot of cars not only yours ( why should i care about how many cars you do ? But you dud provide me most terrible service ).What is the meaning of car valet and paying 299$ for only interior clean ??? ( go and get training for grooming first, why open car valet business in the first place ).Bunch of untrained staff ( i don't blame them ) with a mixture of terrible management . One manager putting blame on another without taking collective responsibility for their mistakes .Owner was nice lady at the end offered to redo everything upon my explanation but lack of time and other factors led to never going there ever again . I don’t aim anything against anyone ( everyone was super nice warm and welcoming in your shop) i am just stating pure facts what happened in my experience and seems from other reviewers i am not alone and yes boot was empty when i left car for cleaning and i did mention clear boot is empty i need it cleaned and yes i took car back showed it to the lady she offered to redo it but i never had enough time to go back don’t seems targeting to me dunno why you are getting so offended stating pure facts .

Not good. I spend $249 on interior cleaning ONLY service and this this is what I got plus I cleaned a lot place by my self in front of this shop because they didn’t clean it. My boss asked me did you really go to a shop to clean the car?

These vendors are absolutely disgusting. I am not surprised by how I was treated after seeing all the negative reviews. I accidentally paid twice at the drive through car wash and they refused to refund me.

Went there and so many options weren't available. No signage up at the time explaining what was out of stock like the wax. Literally just kept reverting back to water.Vacuum is very good, quality suction. No fragrance available as again all was out of stock.Generally quite clean. Just the odd customer coming in and out leaving there personal cleaning rags behind.Did a great wash on the car though & a good clean. Through and through it was ok.

Booked in an appointment with the crew at Auto Valet. Turned up and had a look at the car. Lady I spoke with (didnt get her name) told me it wasnt worth getting the service (which was booked and paid for online) as they would just be wasting their time. She then goes on to tell me that it would be worth her crews time if I upgraded and got the more expensive options. I asked her what about just doing the service as I was only after what I had booked again she just told me wasnt worth it. Asked for a refund which was done so within the afternoon which I appreciated but could not understand what just had happened. Ended up cleaning the car myself in the self service which was less cheaper than the service I had booked. In the end would not recommend to others as they seem to upsell you once you get there and not willing to do the job you paid for.

My wife took my old car to be cleaned before giving it to her Grand daughter. Because I used it to drive to a newsprint job for quite a while it was very dirty. Black ink stains on most surfaces. After an extensive clean her grand daughter said Nan its like a new car. They got everything clean!

This company I’ve noticed always reply to negative feedback, maybe take the feedback from customers into consideration and apologise! You guys are super rude to deal with, and always have something negative or a excuse to say back, overall they are overpriced for their work quality, your better off going to IZZI automotive their cheaper and actually have better work. This company tried charging me $200 just for interior !! And then when doing the work it wasn’t even done properly ! Crazy crazyTake your customers feedback and make a change don’t just reply with excuses or attitude simple.Highly don’t recommend anyone to go here! trust me
