Yesaway Car Rental Dunedin

This was the vehicle I got! It wasn't safe to drive. Tyres were bald! Dried vomit stains. I took it back after an hour or so. Been trying to get a refund since January! They just ignored me. Then finally answered my email saying I should have complained earlier!!!

Worst Car Rental company I have EVER USED.Our flight was delayed 5 hrs, but once we arrived wet tired and cold with our 4 year old son, the car was not ready and they had no idea about the child car seat that was ask and paid for. We declined there service and did not accept the car.Will not be using these cowboys again. And they have still not refunded all our money.

Bald tires, unsafe child booster seat offered and failed to insert safely, customer service is non-existent and had to call the bank to reverse the funds, just a terrible car rental agency to communicate with. All the while they tried to get us to accept an unsafe car to use with our 5 year old son.

$180 per day car rental and only car available is a junker with 210,000 kilometers on it. The hub caps are zip tied on and flutter in the wind while you drive. We drove 10-15 km and the front tire blew. It’s at this time I noticed all 4 tires have no tread. I put the spare on and drove only a few more kilometers back to the rental office. I had the car a total of 4 hours. Upon my return, I was informed that I would be billed for a new tire and the labor. I have rented 100’s of cars and never dealt with a more unprofessional agency.
