Eunice Williams - Mindset Coach

I met Eunice when I was at a very low point in my life, I'd experienced a family bereavement and was also struggling with my long term relationship break up. Eunice gave me tools and strategies to help me realise that living an authentic and happy life was truly possible. Since meeting Eunice and being a part of her weekly 'Healthy mindset' group, I have not only become more confident and positive about my future, I have also learned how to like myself again and how to turn around the negative self talk that has been a life long habit. Eunice is compassionate, empathetic, non judgemental and knowledgeable in her field. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
