I really like this idea, and while its great that unused products can be used by someone else, I think its good for buyers and bad for sellers. I think I ended up sending in a few products totaling like $ 70 dollars in value and ending up getting a single payment of $ 3 or $4 dollars. I was supposed to receive two payments around this amount but one was not deposited and I I couldn't be bothered reaching out for the second payment.

Dropped off some products recently, process was seamless and Anastasia was really nice to deal with. All my products sold within a week of them going online. Very happy and will definitely sell again in the future

I love this idea. I just discovered it this morning on Instagram and was stoked to discover the drop-off/pick-up location was in walking distance of my house so thanks to the girl who works there’s fast customer service, within half an hour of getting out of bed I had dropped off two lil boxes of products and samples and had a new product and some samples to take home. Will definitely be telling people about this one because I’m sure plenty of people out there have products that didn’t work for them stored away and it’d be so good for them all to find new homes rather than expire in a drawer then be thrown away. So much better for the environment!
