Warehouse Stationery Porirua

Worst place to print pictures. Order placed in January (we’re now in March) still haven’t been able to get my order … have been to the shop 3 times, emailed and called but they still haven’t been able to locate it or print it again. Completely useless

Thank yous very much for being so helpful today with my teenagers stationary I was getting hot and bothered not knowing what is what I appreciate all the help yous gave even took me to wea things were I needed thank yous very much if I could rate more than 5 stars I would cheers warehouse stationary

Disappointing customer service. They were most unhelpful and weren't really interested in answering any of my questions. So I left and will not ever go back.

Just had a great experience at this Warehouse Stationery and it was all down to the staff. The gentleman that assisted me was called Chamada (I apologise if I have spelled his name incorrectly) and he was brilliant. He helped me find card stock that worked for my purposes and within my budget, figure out a format for printing that worked for what I needed and then cut everything to size for me. All with a lot of patience and kindness. In the time I was there I also saw the other staff there being extremely helpful with all sorts of questions people had. So massive shout out to the staff, and especially Chamada - they are what makes this place!

What shocking service, went to the store in Petone only find it wasn’t there anymore.Rang the Porirua store to find out what time it closed as I needed to have some documents printed for a meeting tomorrow it was 4:55pm the automated reply give the store hours in Porirua was to 6 pm got to the store at 5:45 only to find it was closed, went to the warehouse and found the the stationary had moved in there - sign on counter said closed at 5pm, saw the self service printers were available and powered up, so went to the Warehouse customer service desk to buy a pre paid card to use in the machines only to be told they don’t know anything about them.One star is being generous!Going to find a more reliable print/copy company- I have been using these guys for years they have lost the plot!

Today I needed 100 photos scanned so we can use them for a slide show, after a couple of failed starts with some of the staff we managed to talk with Lekisha. Wow this is what I call customer service! She was helpful and managed to help us get what we wanted.

On previous visits I wouldn't rate customer service super high, never get greeted in the store, no-one asks if they can assist when looking around, and it seems to be slow getting served. However, on my recent visit to get some laminating done, the young lady that served me was fantastic. I am only sad I didn't get her name. She was in the printing area on her own, dealing with a number of customers, multi-tasking on various machines. She was friendly, efficient and am pretty sure had a great smile on behind her mask.

Worst retail experience ever!Now that they are located in The Warehouse they have gone down hill big time.I did a click & collect online -I got the email to say its ready to collect, I went to collect and they were closed, it was 1pm and no reason given.I went back the next day to find a 2 ques a mile long with only 2 staff members. I eventually made it to the front of the que to find out that I'm in the wrong que and need to go to The Warehouse customer service desk.So I'm now in another mile long que, finally get to the front to be told I'm at the wrong window again, I move to the correct que, wait another 15min before getting served only to find out that they couldn't locate the items I had purchased?So not only did I waste my time but I didn't even get the items id purchased.I requested a refund immediately which I'm still waiting for.I used to love going to Warehouse Stationery.I will never go there again, or The Warehouse.I don't blame the staff for this experience at all, this is a classic case of rich men in suits trying to make more money at the expense of us the consumers.I wish I could choose 0 stars
