I wouldn’t recommend this place. They tried to rip my mum off. Shame on you ladies in the office. Instead of helping your clients you try an take advantage of them. Why didn’t you just be professionals an done your jobs. You saw an opportunity to take more money but luckily my mum new what these women were trying to do, an politely ask for a refund.Hopefully my mum gets a hold of management to hold these women accountable.

Had to come here under insurance as the windscreen was a full replacement and wow........ Absolutely the best most hassle free service I've ever come across and so happy with the quality and standards these guys use, dropped it off in the morning and great communication when the car was ready to pick up. I will Absolutely come here for any future repairs/replacements

However, I would like to add that the service at Novus & the work done was excellent. But will go to Bethlehem next time.NOT recommended. I feel for this company but getting to them is extremely difficult trying to get through all the logging trucks. I had to park miles away, as no parking onsite & it took them a whole day to get my van back to me.

Highly Recommend Novus Mount Maunganui. Really excellent service by the reception ladies, Rowen installed our new windscreen, left our Mazda so tidy inside and out was amazed at the workmanship, great installation, fast and hassle free calling for a quote. Will definitely go back. Don't bother with Smith and Smith, go to Novus.

Very helpful, professional & friendly staff. Got a stone chip in a hire car, when they went to repair it discovered it was an existing stone chip that had previously been repaired & couldn't be repaired again. They patched it best they could & didn't charge us for it.
