I really dont want to say how good this place is just in case I cant get a table. We come here every time we go to Timaru the food is so so good, the meals are so generous I have to get a Takeaway container. The meals in the photos are from the light menu would you believe it!!Staff were very nice the service was quick you cant felt the place. We'll be back real soon.

This hands down is the best place to have a meal in Timaru area. Meals reasonably priced and always delicious. Staff lovely and whenever Im in Timaru I will only go here for lunch. Long time regular customer. Don't ever change! Recommend to all visitors who want a lovely meal. Have tried nearly everything on the menu.

Overall, the place is excellent, but service is slow as they don't have enough staff.The food is great and the atmosphere relaxed.

A nice budget-meals pub, with lunch roasts, beef, pork etc. There is also a small range of other dishes, and it's not bad for a quick and inexpensive meal. They have a reasonable range of pub drinks and they also have a beting sports-bar, for those who like to have a flutter. Thank you.

Waiter gave my meal 2 some one else, then I had 2 wait for another one, then they brought it out again, & it was luke warm, with what seemed like a bucket full of gravy couldn't even see if it was beef or pork. Asked for a table not a booth and got there & they had set up a booth, also tried 2 charge me 4 and extra egg. They had taken the pork belly off the menu.

Had a chicken snitzel.meal tonight with salad and fries,partner had it with roast veggies. Was absolutely amazing, snitzel was huge.i also had a coffee which was divine, perfect strength and temperature. Highly recommend.

Our party of 4 had the roast of the day which was surperb. Plenty of meat and veges with delicious gravy. The staff were a little stressed and it took a long time for drink's etc but a pleasant evening.

Tasty food and perfect service! I don't quite understand the bad racist reviews going on. My mate and I have came here multiple times. We are both Maori and she wears a moko too and we have never ever been treated badly.
