Highly recommend Top Katz ..We have taken our Ruby there many times.Sorry to hear about a deceased cat, we have had this experience a few years back, it is very difficult to get the cat stabilized at the vet clinic and sadly lost our old friend when he went into a siesure right in front of eyes at home.

Top Katz cattery is great, wouldn't leave my two fur babies anywhere else. They are so well cared for.Debbie the owner is amazing so thoughtful,she makes sure your cats are settled and happy. She has sent us videos of how they are while we have been away. Debbie's mum Cathy(who previously owned Top Katz) is always on hand too. Definitely cat people who know we only want the best.We have been using Top Katz for many years and have always felt we can leave our babies in their care.

Would not recommend. We lost our beautiful cat here recently. The circumstances were avoidable and the level care and communication were well below acceptable.Our Diabetic cat was perfectly stable when he went into your care.We are deeply disappointed that the first phone call we received was a request from the vet to put him down three hours after you found him in a hypoglycemic coma. Also disappointed that you did not respond to our email sent six weeks ago outlining our concerns.However we are moving on and putting this bad experience behind us.

Top Katz Cattery
Top Katz Cattery was recommended by our vet. So Sunny has been staying at Top Katz whenever we go away. Our cat has health issues, being a diabetic and on oral meds for his kidneys. Debbie is wonderful at what she does and goes out of her way to help. I can relax and enjoy my holidays knowing that Sunny is getting the best care. I wouldn't trust anyone else to look after Sunny. I give Top Katz 5 stars and would highly recommend Debbie and her family if you are looking for a cattery for your precious fur baby.

Debbie is so lovely to deal with, very warm and friendly. We had our little Rosy stay for over a week and knew she would be in great hands and well looked after. The cattery is so nice and bright, looks like a great environment for happy cats! Will be going back next time we are off on holiday and highly recommend Top Katz.

We have used Topkatz cattery for many years for our much loved Burmese, and couldn’t be happier. Amazingly kind owners who go out of their way to provide a safe and nurturing home away from home for the cats. Lovely environment set in the outskirts of town. Warm and cosy. Thank you Debbie & Tony for always caring so well for Lottie.

Our 17 year old girl, Shelby has been going to Top Katz most of her life. She is very shy, but comfortable with the surrounds and the supplied cubes she can hide in. Have alway felt she is getting very good care and well looked after. Thanks Deb, Toni, Kath and Les

We have been taking our cat to Debbie at Top Katz for the last 5 years. We had a great recommendation from our neighbour. Our cat, Putin, is always well looked after, whether we are on a long weekend or an extended holiday. Individual areas for each cat, complete with different heights and places for them to settle in and snooze. Putin usually heads straight for the igloo. It is obvious Debbie and her mum are passionate about cats. The Cattery itself is in a lovely area tucked away from noise and surrounded by trees.

Top Katz Cattery is the best cattery in Tauranga. Fur babies are well looked after and Debbie is just the best. Always pleasant and Debbie is always ready for a quick chat. We travel 3 hours one way to use Top Katz Cattery, we only want the best for our fur baby and Debbie and Top Katz is the best.
