Great place with excellent helpful service. Pretty pricey, but in line with other major retailers. Free trailer hire service is very useful.

They were very rude, I am a retired builder, new more than them . Only want builders!!! with Ford Ranchers. And Carters logo on their tee shirts. If you haven't got these, DONT GO THERE.!!!!

We have been trading with this Carters branch for some years now and so we can say we have seen there highs and lows.A few years back this branch was possibly one of the worst we have dealt with, but that has all changed.The management have very much taken the bull by the horns and addressed a lot of the problems, particularly with customer service.The lads that work there now are switched on, very helpful and courteous and make our visits to this branch so much better than in the past.So well done guys, keep up the good work.

Was renovating and they were really rude and stuck up, treated me like I was a stupid idiot when I was not with a male company in the shop or if telephoning they regularly asked for the man of the house as if I had no idea, this happened on numerous occasions, not a one off. Plus really slow serving service, zzzzzz. Won't be back :(
