We had a great experience with EV city buying our first electric vehicle. Jordan was a great help, very knowledgeable and took us through the whole process. If anyone is thinking of buying an EV I can highly recommend them.

Amazing company, with outstanding customer service and I must say extremely patient when dealing with dinosaurs like myself, it's been an easy purchase and very knowledgeable team, I dealt with Nick and Jordan with Rob and probably everyone else in the background doing their part... Was impressed with them making sure I understand the functions and features of the car and were happy to answer any questions I had as well... I started my experience with another company and was totally unsatisfied by their service!I walked into EV city and was greeted by the most amazing team! They explained everything to me about electric cars and helped to choose the car that best suited me! I was made to feel the most important customer ever! I drove my car out after all 3 staff members shook my hand and watched me drive away as one happy customer!I would definitely recommend anyone buying an electric car to go to EV City first! Don't waste your time anywhere else!

The staff at EV City were excellent. Rob and Jordan gave me great advice before purchasing, and their after sales service was way more than I expected. They gave me a lot of time and were really helpful and available for my numerous questions, before confidently purchasing a Nissan Leaf. Found their advice to be trustworthy, with a really friendly service and I highly recommend them.

I bought from EV City even though I live in the North Island because they offered such expertise and experience and also because they buy at auction in Japan with very strict quality parameters. I knew I was getting a car I could trust and that they'd look after me after the sale. Jordan was fantastic to deal with. Patient and informative and made sure I was going OK with the car after I got it. He feels like a friend.

My daughter was keen to get a new car for her young family, I suggested an electric car, she talked to her neighbors who brought a late model leaf from EV City and loved it and the support they got. So we picked a car and went in to see them and found they were very helpful in every step of the way, plus they even found a better one for her with less miles plus a safer ( more air bags ) for her young family. My wife and I were so impressed that we decided to get a later model Leaf for ourselves after returning to Nelson, so after a few emails, txt's and phone calls I got a 2019 NISMO Leaf, EV City even arranged a tow bar for, we where stoked as the team sorted out my trade in and even Delivered it to Nelson and picked up my trade in car hassle free.I was impressed in the way they all work as a team, definitely set the bar very high the best car dealership salesperson we've encountered! We needed a new car at short notice, and made our first stop at EV City hoping an EV might be an option. The team were friendly, knowledgeable, funny, and put zero pressure on to buy. EV City is amazing. I bought my leaf remotely. Jordan bent over backwards to answer all my questions and organised delivery to my home. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for better service. These guys are tremendous.
