If I could give no stars I would. I phoned this company to help me with and insurance claim and due to the fact that my lounge suite was not worth much the gentleman was very unhelpful. All I asked was that he might write me a quick email to state my lounge suite was not worth repairing. He was rude and inconsiderate and was not Interested in helping me at all. He stated “I have actual work to do” this was a formality I required for my claim and the next company I phoned were amazing and took only a few minutes to help me…

Highly recommend Bruce from Franklin Upholstery. Recovered 2 couches for us. Workmanship was excellent with the added bonus of being a thoroughly nice guy to deal with. Would not hesitate to use Franklin Upholstery again plus will be verbally recommending to family and friends.
