Rachel & Muz were very helpful! A strong recommendation. We were in quite a pickle and Rachel got us all back on track. Not only did she resolve quite an issue we had but she was extremely helpful with her suggestions. She even took the time to help us plan a loose itinerary for post Old Ghost Road mountain biking trail, which she did from the goodness of her heart. Muz was really helpful with the bikes too and was careful loading them up and keeping a close eye on them. Also helpful he has done quite a few sporting events so he knows what it's like for gear failure etc. Not only were they helpful and thoroughly professional but also good humans and shared some interesting knowledge about the area.

We needed a shuttle at short notice to get from Lyell to Murchison. Murray got the call late at night, and arrived at 730 the next morning. The ride was smooth, the conversation excellent, local recommendations were perfect, and the van even had blankets. If you want to knock off Old Ghost - or any MTB adventure in the area, just call Go Tracks....

We needed a lift from the end of the Old Ghost Road back to our car in Lyell. Multiple companies were closed for winter or didn't get back to us but Muzz and Rachel at GoTracks were incredibly helpful and obliging. Awesome service, prompt communication and great banter on the drive back to our car. 10/10 would use again!
