Disappointed with the building inspection i got from this firm, and their response. Have tried to communicate and ask if they would show some culpability over an issue which their building inspector missed, but have had little success. Wouldn't recommend them.

Terry Lemon carried out a pre-purchase inspection & meth test for a property we made an offer on and he was a breeze to deal with. I phoned him even before he can send us the report as I was getting anxious and he was informative. They also were the most affordable company out of all I contacted.

Really disappointed.Recommended by agent for the first house.As a professional,Did not find a really obvious problem of the house. The house is missing a load bearing wall.Found this situation when we want to sell the house.Also bad service, don’t pick the phone and reply the email.Don’t use this company.
