Great selection of party supplies at very reasonable prices. Great helium balloon service. We bought a big foil balloon but found it was leaking a couple of hours after purchase. Took it back and they replaced it no issues.

One on my favourite look sharp stores. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and a great selection for all party supplies!

There are almost all the things available that you would need for a party decor. From Keychains to bags, wrappers, almost everything except food( LOL, it was meant to be a joke). Although the aisle space is too small to walk in(just a single person can walk at a time)

Great 21st birthday lights and stand from the guys at Look Sharp. Quick helpful service. Looked great for our son’s birthday celebration.

Good shopping place for a birthday party. It is a very convenient store to get all the party decorations. You can get the helium balloons, dressed up costumes for children or adult parties. They party goods big part for the look sharp store. They will have Christmas tree, light and decoration during Christmas season.

Went to this store to exchange some items. I am a loyal customer and have been there lots so know who usually works there. Checked with person at counter about exchanging items who confirmed it was ok. Proceeded to spend time picking the new items to be told the person is new and cannot do it. The store manager lied to me. I have seen that person there for a long time and she has worked there. Train your staff and don’t waste the time of your consumers

Worst customer service!!Spent $40 on 2 helium balloons 1 and 4 for a 14th birthday party. After 10 minutes in the car with air con on the 4 popped on the way to our sons joint birthday party. So both balloons were useless and unusable.Took them in the next morning to say what a waste of money it was.. the guy refunded me for one balloon even though the other balloon was totally unusable and was left in the car.In my opinion - for what it would cost them wholesale the right thing to do would be to keep a customer happy and refund the whole thing.I shop here a lot as have 3 kids and always have a party happening now.. this has left a bad feeling towards the quality of this shopping.As the product was bad quality I feel it is better to go somewhere and spend a bit more so you are not disappointed. This was the only decoration we had for our sons birthday and it was such a shame to not be able to use it.Overall- bad customer service and product
