Amazing service. Got in touch with Matt after our lounge flooded, arrived the same day and removed the carpet and new carpet was installed within the week. After sending enquiries to various carpet businesses in search of someone to re-stretch our wrinkled carpet, Matt was the only one to get back to me that they could do this service. One of his workers was at our house within days to do the work and we are really happy with the results! The carpet looks normal again and we will get a few more years use out of it now. Would definitely contact Northland Carpets again if we have any future carpet needs!
