I wanted to love Shamiana, I really did, every other branch I've been to has been absolutely fantastic, but the palms branch really dropped the ball.First off, pet hate, serving on chipped dinnerware.Second, the beef in my beef vindaloo was feral, it was full of disgusting fat.The vindaloo sauce and rice were ok, the naan was subpar. Unfortunately, this is a branch I wouldn't return to.If you want good Shamiana, head to the riccarton mall.
