Why is it....it seems that most times I buy something that there is a issue when I buy something here. I shouldn't have to check before I leave the store that the product is okay. There and back is about $15 in fuel. I should have just gone through OfficeMax.

(Edit** issue was with Warehouse Stationary, but they have merged with The Warehouse)Reviewing Rangiora as my local store , but my issue is with Online sales.Ordered several things on line due to Covid issues, including paper, markers, business card holder, tape. All up 11 items.My first warning should have been their use of Aramex (Fastways) as their courier company. Fastways couldn't deliver an item from one side of a city to the other in under 10 days or without loosing something and i was right! After almost two weeks, the packages, four in total, started dwinding in over a week, being dropped off by Courier Post as Aramex couldn't deliver. First box opened which i assumed would have everything due to the huge box size, contained one diary, one marker pen, two rolls of tape and an ink cartridge with a courier ticket attached for completely different person from Wellington and a broken business card holder. None of the broken card holder bits were in the box, so it must have been distributed in a broken condition.Tried to call help line with issues but got a reported wait time of 1.5 hours which i couldnt do as i needed to work. Tried their online chat, which didnt work either as i typed my message and got no reply within 20 min, so i went back to work only to check chat 40 min later to find it had been answered, but as i had not responded back they had shut the conversation off and i would have to start all over again. Gave up on that idea and sent my staff down to Rangiora to return the ink cartridge and replace the broken card holder. The staff at Rangiora took the cartridge back but would not replace the broken holder as it would have to be replaced back through the online system or call center. So now im stuck with a $13 broken business card holder i will need to endure an hour long phone call wait to try and get replaced.Very unprofessional online service full of flawed distribution methods.I won't use their online ordering system again. You are better off going into the store, at least you can check what you are getting is correct and not damaged.

Ordered something through click and collect only for it to be the wrong thing so took it back and asked for if they could get the correct thing sent, they said shouldn't be a problem and they would call me back in an hour. A week later still hadn't heard from them so rung again to see what the deal was, they couldn't provide me any information to what was being done and again said they would call me back, nearly a week later again and I've had to call them back to ask what is happening AGAIN THEY CANT PROVIDE ME WITH ANY DETAILS TO WHERE MY CORRECT ORDER IS!! They have said they will ring me back soon and let me know whats happening but I'm sure I'll have to ring them to get this information, not happy in the slightest, very terrible customer service

Wouldn't return a faulty vacuum. Claimed that it was working fine even though there was a massive drop in suction from the time of purchase. Said I should be using an air compressor to clean the filters(because everyone has one of those). You shouldn't need to clean the filters out every single time just to get enough suction to clean the lounge!!!

As a family we went to shop for clothing and experienced amazing and very helpful service today from a lovely young woman called Distania,at the service checkout. Very happy with what we bought,the prices and especially the service .Definitely took the stress off having such an efficient and capable person at the checkout .

Young daughter moved the hanging no entry sign they put down isles sometimes so she could pick the sneakers she wanted. Lady with sour face came around and tried to tell me off for moving it, couldn't get a word in as was going to say sorry and that my young daughter had done it to get her shoes but she stormed off. Then while young daughter in fitting room I heard the same lady talking badly about me and pointing st me while my back was turned to another lady that works there. Just straight up rude and not one smile from her. Just sour like lemons!!! She needs yo go back to customer services skills school, seriously.

The staff are friendly and helpful.Smaller than some of the Christchurch shops, but they carry a good range of products.Great photo printing services and the quality is top notch.Plenty of easy access parking with disability parks just outside the front door.Stationary Warehouse has now moved into the Warehouse building across the road from its old location.

Sorry, I can't give zero stars. We shop there n ow and then, usually quite satisfied. Today some staff member has undone the work of others. Amongst other things, purchased a packet of bean seeds, tore packet open and planted several. Noticed the packet was nearly empty. 7, just SEVEN seeds. On reverse of packet said 15, BUT, the packet was ripped and sello taped up. Can't see that from the front, BUT SOME STAFF MEMBER KNEW AND DID NOTHING BUT COVER THE HOLE. Should have been checked and then discarded. All this for a $3.00 packet of seeds. It will cost me much more than that to return for a refund. Shame on you !
