My partners car has been there since oct. Took over a month to get a quote back to insurance company. Then told insurance company estimated date for it to be finished would be 13th December. Its now 15th jan and they tell my sister that they cant find some of the parts anywhere in New Zealand and they will fix it when they have time. They never answer the phone and is pretty rude when asking questions. Not people i will be sending my car too again.
