It's pretty good really!I would like a paper copy of how everything works. It's hard for us oldies to remember.I love my Black bike apart from the seat that I guess I could change. As a semi disabled person I should be considered for trialing all new bikes that go fast.And yes this great bike has managed to go to 62kmph with me on it. The next speed challenge is 70kmph.

I went into the Electrify Nelson store the other day to try out an e-bike. I found Andrew and the team incredibly knowledgeable. They weren't pushy or trying to sell me something that I didn't need and had a great selection of bikes to choose from. Well worth giving these guys a go.

We took 2 Ebikes for a lengthy ride with option to try out other styles, but we loved the first ones we tried. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Amazing price. Love the NZ base.

If you're looking for an e-bike this is the only place in Nelson you need to go! The range is huge and they have actually got bikes in stock so we were able to test ride before purchasing! The team were super helpful and got us set up perfectly before we left the store. We are now set for a while, but will definitely be back when we need to upgrade.

This is a great place to buy an e-bike. Electrify Nelson staff really know of their range of bikes. It's a big range too, and they help make it easy to choose what's right for you. Even better, they allow you to test ride the bikes and offer on-going support afterwards too.

I purchased a Black 48V ATB from Electrify NZ recently and received great service from Aaron and the team. I'm loving the bike and they did the first check for free. Highly recommend these guys.

These guys made purchasing an ebike easy! I knew nothing about bikes before I walked into Electrify. They showed me three options all of which I was able to test ride - they even leant me a helmet. Over three visits I selected the bike I liked most and purchased it. Every time they were friendly and answered all my questions, even the stupid ones. I got lessons on how best to get on and off the bike and lots of other tips and tricks. Stock arrives quickly if they don’t have it, it was only 7 days after I paid my deposit that I was biking home on my new ebike. I wouldn’t buy an ebike from anywhere else!

Super helpful, friendly and skilled. They supported me to find my perfect bike. I've had a few technical issues since buying it and they are always helpful on the phone and manage to solve my problem remotely. I had a great customer service! Decent price too, would recommend!

New tyre for E-bike was replaced after experiencing some problems with ordering the right size. Daniel was gracious and went the extra mile to find a suitable tyre and let me use a spare for a week. I was only charged for the tyre which was very kind of Electric NZ Nelson. Thanks to Daniel and the team for exceptional service.
