Came from Auckland to Wellington to see a friend.Planned a massage, the masseuse was the only one attending all the customers.He left me in between the massage to attend customers at least 5-6 times. The purpose of relaxation was not met.The masseuse was on calls the whole time, probably calling staff. One call was made on speaker while massaging my head. The phone was placed right next to my ear.I did not enjoy it at all, due to the interruption and constant phone calls. I would not recommend it at all.

highly recommend, they are very experienced, trustworthy... and i will definitely be going back for regular massages.

Have used this massage place many time however today my wife and I both had a neck shoulders and back massage and we were less than impressedMy wife's massage was painful and masseuse didn't seem to understand when she said it hurt as the same pressure continued, she came out feeling site and not relaxed at all.My massage generally was ok but the masseuse was talking non stop to the masseuse in the next cubicle and also mid way through my massage another staff member started vacuuming the store, so not very relaxing at all.I will say that in the past other massages have been good. But on this occasion, it's gonna have to be a 2 out of 5.**Update**Since writing this review the next day the manager of the massage company phoned me and apologised for the poor service. He assured me this was because of a new staff member that was not his usual staff. And I can verify that this person is new as I have only seen them there the last few times I have gone. And he offered me a voucher which was equivalent to what the cost of the massage was for both my wife and I as compensation. I will be taking my wife back there this weekend (if our kids let us?!?!?) And try again.. hopefully with a different masseuse this time. I will change the rating to 4 star from 2 for now, as the managers willingness to mitigate the poor service is a really good start. Nice to see some good customer service out of all of this.

If you dont know when a customer came in that shows the type of business this is. I paid top end dollars for an hour massage.No one would tell me to post message if I did not get massage.This was just a bad massage and I think you need to work on your customer service

Yesterday I went and got my first ever hot stone massage. Staff are absolutely lovely and very friendly however I was disappointed in my massage. I was burnt more than once with the stones, was left unattended so the lady could serve somebody else who had came in and was left unattended as she went to grab more stones. During a massage you should never ever leave your client. Phone rang loudly from the lady next to us and she picked up and was talking loudly to arrange another app for someone, my lady was talking to the other lady next from us and she also came into my little room while getting my massage and they were both talking, not to mention they had people come in and out of the front door through out my whole massage. It was very disturbing and felt like I couldn’t fully relax. I wasn’t either quite convinced that my lady was actually fully qualified to do hot stone massage. I don’t see myself going back there again and wouldn’t recommend to other people.

Originally had a bad experience with a masseuse who was moved on". Today I received a complementary massage to make up for that with Victoria. She is a lovely person and has great talent at finding problem areas and treating them with a variety of techniques including cupping. In chinese therapy she is highly qualified. Excellent massage that was both therapeutic for sore bits and a relaxing time out

Worse massage I have ever had in my life. It was so uncomfortable and hard I couldn't relax. My body was even more sore than when I went in. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Mixed reviews - the lady was ok. If you need firm pressure you need to let them know. Meanwhile my partner had a very terrible experience, the massage guy was out of breath, uneven pressure and his tummy kept knocking my partner’s head during the massage session. Also they don’t accept credit card, only cash or debit card. Location is convenient and plenty of carpark spaces.Response to Owner: We had an appointment Sunday afternoon April 10, we paid in cash.

Wow. The strength of these women! Almost brutal but in the very best way. The hot stones and oil was so wonderful. I will be back at least once a month. Thank you :)

Went here for the second time today for a neck shoulder and back massage for 45 mins... The first time I went about 3 weeks ago I was charged $65 for this by the owner...today I was charged $75 and only got 40 mins which is 5 mins less and cost $10 more..this didn't make sense to me so I questioned it and asked if their price went up in 3 weeks, I also gave them my own body butter to use instead of their oil cause I have sensitive skin and feel like they charged me extra for that. The lady also had her kids there who were yelling, and the masseuse was yelling back at them, and stopped massaging me to go and tell the kids off. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. The masseuse also went far too hard and I asked her to go lighter but she continued with the same excruciating pressure I was wincing and nearly cried it was so painful and I have a very high pain tolerance. I now have bruises on my back. This experience was the most unbelievable and worst massage I've had in my life, it was in no way relaxing and I feel like I've just been assaulted. I will never go back there, it was a horrendous experience.As soon as I left this review, the massage place tried to call me more than once and I had to keep declining... That's so weird. My review is honest and I really don't want to be called about it at 7.15 on a Saturday night. Reviews are so others are aware of the service provided so they can make a choice whether they want to engage with this business or not. Pretty sure that's why google has this function. Stop calling me, I won't be back!
