Bought a Haval H6. Mike one of the salesmen has been fantastic to deal with. I was in Tauranga and gave him a date to pick up the car it was ready at that time just sign a few papers and then was ready to ride the car.awesome service and car.

Had my Nissan's air bags replaced here, very pleased with the level of communication and customer service received. Hope You continue to maintain these standards as this is not often found in these businesses.

Not overly happy , service booking was lost despite being booked in days earlier and I would have thought given the cost of a new car service it would have included a car wash as per your website.Love the car but not a good first up experience.

Max Pennington? More like Max penetration! Get ready to pay approximately 300% over market rates for basic servicing and parts. Save yourself thousands and drive down the road to someone else. Avoid like the Plague...

Wouldn't take my car here again, as they are clearly over-charging customers for work that isn't being done. This only became evident once I questioned details at length, and based on AutoCity inadvertently divulging timelines through the course of two phone calls. Therefore I hate to think how many other unsuspecting customers are being over-charged without clear knowledge.I asked for 2x seatbelts to be installed (an aside, but Mazda were very good in sourcing the seatbelts themselves). I was told this could take up to 4hrs or even more (2hrs per belt) @$150/hr. I said this seemed like too long and should take less than an hr per belt, perhaps as little as half an hr (for reference I had a seatbelt installed on the same van at a different mechanic and was charged for 45 mins, at a much lower hourly rate too!). I dropped my car off at 9am and asked to be contacted once their technician had looked at the vehicle, to be advised if it was indeed going to take 2hrs per belt, as I would take my car elsewhere. At 940am, I was then advised by phone that it should only take approximately 1hr per belt or ~2hrs total and I advised it would be OK to go ahead with the work. I was then phoned at 1020am and advised that the work was complete. However, that I would still be charged for 2hrs work, despite less than an hrs work being done on the vehicle and despite the vehicle only having been physically at AutoCity Mazda for around 1hr and 20 mins.I disupted this (in a nice way) and said that how can I be charged for 2hrs work when you havent even had my car for 1.5hrs and that you could have only realistically done 1hr's work on it installing the seatbelt, supported by the timing of phone calls. I was then somewhat condescendingly asked 'are you a businessman and do you understand how businesses work?', to which I simply kept my mouth shut. I was told that its basically too bad and I have to pay for the 2hrs of cost (which was provided as an estimate), even though the actual work done was only around 1hr. I was also told 'that is how businesses work', if we are good enough and quick enough to do the job in 1hr, but we have quoted you 2hrs as a rough estimate, then we will charge you for 2hrs.I am a businessman and I understand how businesses work, having owned a few over the years. Companies charging for work they clearly haven't done is akin to fraud, or at least very deceptive and unethical. Its not a large amount of money for me and that isnt the issue, its the principle of what this business is clearly doing is wrong. Therefore, I wouldnt waste your time taking your car here. With inflation and costs of living increasing, the least people can afford is to be paying good money for work that isnt actually being done...

My car was in for a service and warrant. I was called at midday to be provided with recommendations of what needed to be done. The thing is that the warrant hadn't been done, so there were no bottom lines. This process is very misleading as it does not inform me of what needs to be done. For example one of the recommendations was replacing the rear tyres, yet the warrant had them at 4mm tread, well above the minimum amount.Additionally for the warrant the car was failed because car seats were installed. In any previous service/warrant these have been taken out but not reinstalled. But to fail the car due to this is unreasonable. The warrant failed due to a headlight being out of focus with a $3,000 replacement part quoted. I took the car the next day to vtnz who passed the car without issue, even when specifically raising the headlight issue. This whole saga raises issues around whether there is a culture to raise unecessary recommendations or issues to inflate parts and service costs.

Always had a friendly experience with the staff. Only downside is no offer of loan car as it took longer than first quoted

Booked my car in for a two hour express service, I had arranged my whole day around the two hour time frame I was told on booking. Only to arrive and be told it would be minimum 4.5-5hours and it always takes that long. False advertising and extremely inconvenient with two kids in tow. I’ve had to book in elsewhere.
