I highly recommend Rhonda and the team. I don't buy flowers often and I don't really know anything about them butbon occasions I have needed to buy they've been excellent. I tell Rhonda the occasion and the budget and she asks a few question and it's been beyond perfect every time. Highly recommend to all

I'm in Queensland and my best friend lives in Napier. I messaged on a Saturday afternoon (my friends birthday was on the Monday). Rhonda took photos of her plant selection and sent them through to me on a Sunday afternoon so I could choose one for delivery on Monday with a beautiful candle and card and I arranged payment over the phone first thing Monday morning. I could not recommend The Village Florist highly enough. Rhonda went out of her way to make everything happen on Monday morning - so very thankful! Five stars!!!!!!!

I have just had the best experience with this business. Trying to send flowers while sitting in Perth Australia to my daughter in Napier and doing a typo with the address. The owner of the store contacted me immediately to get more information and went above and beyond to ensure that my daughter received the flowers.Thank you so much Rhonda, you were awesome!!

I live in Australia, but my family live in Napier. My sister moved into her new house today. Yesterday I called Village Florist and asked them to send flowers to my sisters new address. I just received a pic of a very happy sister holding a glorious box of flowers. Thank-you Village Florist! You have done well….. again!!!!
