Rude customer service ended up with no order after waiting under the hot sun at the drive through.Queued in the drive through for a long time like everyone else. Wondered why the car infront of me kept blowing their horn. When I got to the ordering speaker was suddenly told rudely that they were having problems with their system.I was a bit taken aback because she didn’t even tell me if they were going to try and take orders manually or I should leave. No wonder the car infront of me was so frustrated. They too were confused.I was stuck in the drive through with cars queued infront and at the back. It’s not like l can just go and drive away.It was an extremely hot day too even with the air conditioning running, and I have 2 kids who are hungry and just wanted to have a feed.I asked the lady at the speaker, what was going to happen now do we wait or do we just leave? She curtly said they can’t take orders, she didn’t even sound apologetic or apologised for the long wait or even offered any solution. I found that was really rude and not good customer service at all.Eventually the other 2 cars ahead managed to get their orders and we were able to get out. The car infront me angrily drove away but the car behind me decided to stay at the speaker.This would have been my first time to order at this store and most likely not come back for a while. There are other BK stores.

Not happy. Ordering touch screen was filthy and sticky to touch. Ordered 2 meals, one with extra fries and only recieved 1 pack of fries when we should of had 3, one burger was wrong and she just shrugged her shoulders and had no explanation. Burger buns were soggy and squashed flat. Lettuce in side salad and burgers was brown on the edges and drinks were watered down so much they tasted like soda water. We have always loved burger king food but this was extremely poor quality. We will not eat at this restaurant again and will certainly think twice before having burger king in the future.

We went thru drive thru last time and no dramas there. Burgers we got were good too and start that served us was all good too!Have picked up from inside in the past but was busy so didn't stick around to eat at that time(due to how packed it was in the day)

Absolutely appalling. Big king XL was nothing but a glorified 2 patty cheese burgers and that’s if you could find the cheese, lettuce almost non existent, 1 gerkin, no onion and saturated in sauce. Bun was wet, soggy and mushy. Daughters buns were the same. Lemon aid tasted like fizzy gassy water (no flavour). Daughters burger was also a soggy mess. We dined in so ordered Hershey pies as an extra treat but couldn’t eat them because got told sorry no spoons. Restaurant is not very inviting at all grubby and dingy. Definitely won’t bother going back. Waste of money 100%

Convenient location, lots of parking space. Would have been better if the machine that made thickshakes was working.Update - some of the tables have been removed and replaced with screens for ordering, as is the current trend. The counter staff are now even more reluctant to help out, and the screens are not particularly good. We added an item to our order and decided we didn't want it, but we could not remove it without cancelling the whole order.

Would not recommend & won't go back.Dirty premises. Tables not wiped.Took ages for staff to serve us, kept looking at us but continued with drive through orders. Only completed our order because we were hungry.Food was barely warm, chicken burger taste was not good, is it really chicken?

I don’t think I’ve ever been negative or harsh every single time I’ve ordered and received a meal that wasn’t correct or put together like dog’s breakfast. I’ve always been kind about having to get something exchanged for my correct meal if it was wrong (the couple thousand times it’s happened which is everytime) however this time I am beyond myself and it’s getting a bit pathetic now. How can this be happening every single time ?! My husband and I bought meals on our way back from work obviously tired as hell just wanting to get home, did a quick brief check before leaving assuming it was right as the one burger had “chicken” on it being mine cause I don’t eat red meat only to find out it’s beef not even presentable at all, didn’t even have lettuce what an absolute joke. Like I said it just gets to a point where you get tired of this happening after the gracious amounts it has happened and it’s tiring and annoying now.

Train your staff better. combos include fries. sick of getting uber eats and there's missing fries! tried to get money back for the fries we never received (again) and BK apparently state nah its correct. case closed.
