We ordered the crunchy chicken tacos but were given soft crispy tacos as I went to return the tacos.The guy at the front counter said they don’t do crunchy chicken tacos but we came last time and had crunchy chicken tacos and had no problem.Me and my partner we both are celiac but the guy at the counter refused and was super rude for no reason.Mate it doesn’t cost a penny to be kind.

Food what you would expect.Service was poor... put order in the self service screen. I thought... looks like a quiet night this shouldn't take too long... Then waited for my order... I eventually got the order and the staff member pushed my order amd empty cups towards me and pointed toward the drinks. No hey here's your order... you can fill up your drinks here"I had to pick someone up so I drove across town only to find they got the order wrong... and I was missing half my order.I paid more than $20 for my meal and got about $11 of it...Ripped off."

I went once and I won't go back, at least in this unit. I went with my family, we ordered, and they delivered everything together on a single tray, we didn't know how to identify anything, which belonged to whom. We order from a digital menu with photos of the dishes and expect to receive exactly what was ordered and not a pile of food.

This was our first experience of Taco Bell and it was very average. The restaurant seating area was very messy with food in the floor, chairs and tables. The staff were behind the counter chatting loudly but did not appear to be working. The size of the crunchy tacos were much smaller than expected. In fact there was no way to judge the size of any of the items on the board. It wasn’t terrible food but I wouldn’t rush to have it again. It’s a “meh” from me.

Good to see this fast food competitor here.They do a reasonable meal for a reasonable price.Nothing astounding but a nice Mexican meal. Deliveries are a yes and staff appear to provide a good service.Something really spectacular and unique maybe as a special with a NZ theme would be awesome.Maybe a Kiwi Taco with all the 'whistles and bells'.

Decided to pop in for a quick lunch before class, the staff were amazing and friendly and helped recommend me a new item to try (cheesy pleaser which was amazing btw). The food was ready within a couple minutes and was fresh and delicious! Amazing staff and customer service all round!

We took two of our children today who have always wanted to try taco bell and wow we really enjoyed our food and the service was quick. So nice to have a different fast food option with great flavors.
