I had the best morning. It was good all round. Customer service, service, coffee, catchup with the sales rep, and making new friends in the waiting room.

Helpful Sales team in person, hopeless communications with Service team. When you call Service desk you get a call centre so if you have a question you can't ask directly. However on the day of the service it was well handled.

The service we got from Bennie was outstanding, if not the best service ever received at a dealership. Highly recommend this dealership. Professional, warm, honest and accommodating. Great service Bennie, thank you.

These 5 stars are from nearly 2 years ago but I’m sure they’re still valid! I had the best experience with Bennie, I took the poor guy out for multiple test drives to make sure I made the best decision for me. He made everything so easy and I am so grateful for his time, patience and kindness. Every service has also been fantastic, and they even called to check everything was okay and I just thought it was very thoughtful. I was able to borrow a courtesy car which was also a fun experience. Thank you team!

Made an appointment to test drive kia. Went to the branch no one acknowledged 3 staff were in no one said anything waited all 3 went out to receive test drive car came back inside still said nothing. Looking at that I came out can't be bothered to stay their longer .Victor who made appointment never call to check even . Hope less service

Once you purchase your car, the acting stops. You now have to service your car and deal with the most poor, rudest customer service in NZ. The man that works" at the front desk at the service side has no business being in customer service."

The only good thing about my experience was the girl at the call centre. I left a message and had to ring back around 8am. It is now 5.30PM. Hence I have gone elsewhere!!!!
