Extreamly disappointed with this place and will not reccomend to others. I was booked in to have my car done and no one even showed up!. Not only did no one show up, I wasn't even given a courtesy call to postpone or cancel. Bad business right there. I am definitely not going back.

Todd was assigned as an assesor for my car by my insurance company after going through 3 different mechanics and nearly 4 months of issues he actually fixed my car! He was helpful in explaining everything to me so I could understand. The price was also so reasonable! I would highly recommend this business to anybody needing a repair for their car or any service for that matter! They went above and beyond for me.

I have a Japanese import. So i got a quote and made a booking to get a nz radio, GPS, reversing camera etc installed. The person i spoke to about this was nice and helpful.A day prior to this happening, as an after thought, I rang up and ask about keeping the steering wheel controls and got told by the receptionist that she would look into it and ring back if it cost extra.No phone call.So the next day, I take my car in, to be there at 8.30am, like agreed, (it would take approximately 4hrs) only to be told that the appointment was supposed to have been cancelled yesterday. News to me.Because they didn't have the equipment to be able to connect the steering wheel controls. Sometime they can do it and sometimes not."Since I travelled from out of town

Brilliant team to deal with. Huge amounts of knowledge across a broad range of vehicles. Would highly recommend for any automotive or motorsport requirements.

I was referred to them by an insurance company, I spoke to Todd and he was incredibly helpful and willing to answer questions about the car.They ordered parts and got the job done within a very short amount of time with great service and not a bad price either, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good mechanic, I’ll definitely be back.

We had to stop at palmerston north because of a scratching sound while driving. Despite it was saturday and the garage was actually closed the mechanic was on site and took the time to have a look at our campervan, found the problem and quickly repaired it free of charge! We were so happy and could continue our journey right away! Thank you a million times, we would always go there again!
