Bus booked for private party. Driver on an ego trip. Stopped bus multiple times to tell everyone he was dictating what was happening. Do not use this service. Ridiculous!

Pressed the stop button, drove past my stop. When I walked up to the front to ask the driver to stop. The first couple times I asked him, he didn't listen. And then he dropped me off at a further stop. Very inconvenient.

Today at Marewa at 3.30 I witnessed a Go bus pull out of the bus stop never even looked for on going traffic a car had to slam on their brakes just in time before being hit and a young boy went to cross the road and had to jump back onto the foot path before being run over this is totally unacceptable behaviour from the bus driver they think they can pull out in front of everyone they are going to cause a massive accident or injury or death oneday

My car was hit by a Go Bus at a set of traffic lights several days ago. While the damage to my car was minimal, the impact frightened my 7 year old daughter. Following the incident I emailed GoBus giving details and they have not responded.Now several days on, I have STILL had no communication from GOBUS. Where is the accountability for their poor driving?
