Nail in Napier - Pretty Nails

Went here to get SNS. The price for SNS doesn’t include removal so all up $70Limited colour choice. Lots of the same colours but nothing really nice.All the glue and top coat was old and super gluggy in the bottle.Left and noticed that the top coat wasn’t applied well at all. Went back and got it reapplied. Sadly it was so thick that it didnt dry properly and now I have a single ruined nail. Really can’t be bothered going back to get it fixed again so I’ll wait til I find an other salon and get them to replace the top coat.Strongly encourage the salon to use the UV light to dry top coats.And would recommend going elsewhere if you want your nails done.

Charged me $125 for a simple nail design when they first told me it would be $65 i had to explain to about 4 people there what I wanted even tho I showed a picture the nails came out clumpy looking and aren't all straight when I asked for them to touch up the design they just added onto it not making it any better this was for my ball and I definitely would not recommend going there there service communication skill and price is not worth is I went home and cried at how much i hated my nails they are far from what i asked for

Nice people, good enough price but I think the polish on finger nails was layered on too thick and even though I sat there for nearly 35mins to dry them they still ended up messing up after I left... Also the lady who done my pedicure didn't massage very long or well...

easily the worst set of nails i’ve ever had, i asked for a “M” and a “G” on my acrylic nails (which were supposed to be $55 and ended up being $80) and even after 30 minutes of me trying to explain what i wanted to three of the staff it still looked as if a toddler had written it, my fingers were covered in glue when i left and the nails don’t even fit my fingers. im new to napier so was just trying out places but im going to make sure i never ever return here and let my friends know not to either. i even told them the nails were for a important event and they still put no effort.

Went in and asked for $50 set of acrylics, was charged an extra $15, and not told why, when I emailed the business, I was told that it was because it was gel polish, which again, I did not ask for. Then was told “65 ain’t that much” and just fobbed off, and no apology for deliberately over charging me. The nails are crooked, the correct prep wasn’t done. I used to love coming here, now I will be avoiding it and telling everyone else I know to avoid the place as well. Very bad way to conduct business.

What a wonderful experience we had; this was the first time we had gone through the experience while in New Zealand for a few weeks; we had a soothing massage at their location, which was such a blessing because they have excellent personnel and a cat. I wanted to get their recommendation since after driving for 5 hours, I needed some decent neck and slouder massage, and oh my, they are quite good at what they do. We'd love to return if the opportunity arises. However, can you provide some good reading material regarding your massage therapists so that we can educate ourselves while we wait?

Had full pedicure for my daughter and myself. My daughter was very sensitive and the lady doing her nails was quick which was good but could have been a little more reassuring for her. She could have explained what she was doing at each step but she barely spoke at all. The hot cloths at the end were way too hot and almost burnt both of us I think their warmer was up too high. Ultimately they did a good job on the nails.

I came here in the old town for a pleasant walk around with my son and then noticed these places, which caught my interest, so I asked a few questions about their service and the new massage that they offer on their website. Well, the experience was on par, even if I was a little spectacle, but it was wonderful that I had an open mind and went with my gut feeling. It was fantastic. The natural oil massage was enjoyable; I would do it again.

I think I have weird looking feet and always wanted a pedi.. but always have been too embarrassed (silly I know). I was convinced by my two aunties to go get a pedi together, glad I did.These women are SO LOVELY and kind, they did a fantastic job!! Made me feel so comfortable and welcome, I can’t wait to go back.Thank you ladies, YOU-ARE-AWESOME
