A week after my annual checkup I had left ear screeching at night time. Couldn't turn it off. Next day wore only right ear plug until I could go back to clinic. Staff member adjusted ear piece gave me a new spare cap and fitted another new cap on to earpiece. All done without any waiting or need to make a special appointment.
