I had our filter replaced. The person that came to my property was so lovely and kind, Had a big smile on her face and very professional. Explained a few things to me that have been very helpful as well. Great experience.Something to keep in mind - You can buy the filters yourself and replace them, which is heaps cheaper. $260 for a filter change and for them to check the air flow i thought was a touch on the expensive side. Considering all she did was just up into the roof and replace the filter no other checks were completed from the ducting.

Super pushy sales people, they even bring in a thug (sales person) to stand over you while the install is going on to stop you from changing your mind. Over priced product. Very high maintenance costs". Don't let these guys on your property

The initial contact with HRV was prompt .They knew what the problem was and advised us it was at no cost as it upgrade on a out of date component.I had to change visit time with no hassles . The Technician, arrived on time . He was friendly , polite and explained what was going to happen with our repair giving an approx time to do it .He then gave me some tips to make better use of our HRV using the control panel. A great company !!!!

We had our HRV Air Sense system for a month now and I must say that we lost more than $4,000 and still have wet windows. In posting this review, I’ve lost trust with their product as the monitor has now completely died.We had problems with our HRV since it was installed as we barely noticed any difference with our wet windows.A technician came to check our HRV but he said everything was fine, though we paid more than $4,000 and we still get wet windows. But, everything’s fine according to the HRV technician.We are expecting a “senior” technician to come over and check our HRV Air Sense system next week but I don’t expect much.I have sent an email to HRV’s customer service but didn’t get a reply.If this will not be rectified after the next appointment, we would like the HRV system removed to our house with everything back to original before the ventilation system was installed, and our money back.PS: Our house was built on 2020 so our house is reasonably new for HRV ventilation system to not so it’s job.

Absolutely amazing service! They rang and reminded me about my service and filter change. Asked if I wanted the guy to wear a mask at which I said no, and they guy who came was super friendly and cleaned as he went! Love HRV!

HRV is great. It does exactly what they say it does. Used to have a huge amount of condensation and after it was installed, no condensation. I would highly recommend

HRV system itself is great. Client service for repair of ceiling crack caused during installation was almost non existent. It took multiple calls, emails and updates to get a quote after 3 months then they brush me off and make me follow up with my own insurance because they won't cover the cost. Very disappointing.

The service was absolutely outstanding from the technician. He was very well mannered, polite and friendly and showed me how to get the best out of our HRV system for the winter months.Very happy with service.Thanks

Unable to provide an indication of price over the phone.I had used their online form and provided a bunch of info about our place, so they could have used this as a guide.Instead, they cited that they would receive a 200k fine and the business would receive a 600k fine if they provided an indication of price over the phone.This is blatantly untrue and the red flags have been raised, so I called back to cancel the appointment.The irony here is this aggressive approach to sales could warrant a fine.

Can highly recommend HR-V . they installed a new dust and vent system in my flat last weekand left them to install ithe new system when I was not home and they left everything clean tidy and had no hassles. Great work Guy's very impressed. . Always pleased with what work they did .Thanks...
