I have used these guys for Brother printers and consumables for 5 years. They maintain the printer so no breakdowns and they have the best pricing I've found for (genuine) consumables - excellent and prompt customer service team

I can’t not leave a review here. I took my Brother printer in after being told it was basically done due to not being able to find a motherboard. (Thanks QMB…)The guy serving me noticed the warranty and due to a deal with Brother (and likely other manufacturers) were able to fix my printer in a few days and then come and install it at my house.I didn’t pay a cent.

My printer developed a problem and Brother Services gave me the phone number of Citywide Tech. I took the printer in and they gave me immediate help and advice and replaced some parts. But there was still a problem and an agent came out to the house the next day. All is now sorted and those I dealt with were friendly and punctual and it's good to know that that support is there if something goes wrong.
