Flex Fitness Papamoa - 24 Hour Gym

Being completely new to gyms I love the atmosphere here. I recently signed up and the staff are so lovely and welcoming. Not to mention how gorgeously designed the place is - definitely won my eye over other gyms. Loved my decision to join and absolutely love coming here.

I signed up the premium membership in the middle of December in 2021 to have gym class, and paid a lump sum payment for 1 year.Due to not enough number of classes promised, I had to cancel it, but they didn't let me. So I had to go through small claim through the court from March last year. Finally I got a court order that they have to pay me by 21st of Dec last year.However, even though I sent reminder email, NO REPLY, NO APOLOGY, NO PAYMENT.He dragged me for a long time. He has postponed and been late hearings. I had to wasted my leaves and times and energy for a long time with pains.He hasn't paid me yet, and now I have to go through Enforcement civil debt.Thank you that I learned heaps from you that not all kiwis are great.I will never sign up with Flex Fitness.For your information, I had no problem with other gym. When I was offered refund from other gym due to COVID, I didn't take the refund.Worst experience ever.I hope you pay it soon.

Hate the black walls. Some of the ceiling lights are in the wrong place for flat bench work. Not a lot of room to move the benches around to fix the lighting situation. At least it has AC so it's cooler.
