Rude customer service. I have a mask exemption, they made me feel unwelcomed. Only customer in the store, help not offered to busy talking to each other. I did ask for help it was given, but felt they just wanted me out of their. I won't be back.

Went there looking for gifts for infants but was not successful. However, the two women staff were very kind and hospitable though I did not purchase anything there. A good place to check out if you are looking for gifts especially for children.

Wow such a fantastic store!! Such a huge selection, well organized and so clean! And the staff were so extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable!! We had so much fun looking, yet the staff were right there for the many questions that we had! This was our first visit, but now we will be regulars! Thank you!!!

Made purchase on Thursday and goods arrived exactly as described on Monday, these were needed urgently so was so pleased to see them arrive promptly. Great service Nature Discoveries. Price was also 25% less than on other websites so saved money as well!!

Would be a great store, however the store assistants should be sent to a customer service training to teach how to be nice with customers (especially kids)...we have been there twice, not good experience. We gave it a go third time today but even worse experience. Sorry but we wont try again, which is really a shame as there are really unique games.

I had been hunting everywhere for a plasma ball lamp after ordering one elsewhere and it getting lost in the post.I came across the store by chance online and ordered with very little time to spare. It arrived VERY quickly, well packaged and I have a very happy birthday girl.Thanks team!

Was excited to shop here and buy a gift for my family. Went in and tried to talk to the American that works there and she was snippy, rude and couldn't even help in the end. Luckily, there was a delightful Kiwi with manners and a great service ethic that went out of her way to help me. Thanks lovely Kiwi. Keep the American in the back or give her the boot. Not good for business at all!
