It's a domino's! You get decent pizza for a good price. Been having pizza from this outlet for years and never had an issue. We also love that we can order a variety of vegan pizza.

Best Domino's I have visited. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, fast and efficient. Have been to others with triple the staff who couldn't compete with the paraparaumu store for customer experience.Returned the next day it was so good.

Bad service from Dominos on friday last week.The cheese pizza was a disaster in a box with a lump of cheese thrown in the middle of the pizza base and then the other two pizzas didn't have adequate amount of cheese.I am not sure how the pizza gets sent to the customer when it looks like that. Usually when the pizza is taken out of the oven for cutting, you can see the quality and can make another one if it is not good enough.I understand that Friday would have been busy. That is not a reason to send horrific products to paying customers.

After seven years loyal patronage, we got disgusting service from these muppets last night.We did a phone order due to issues with the website, and were told that delivery would take 30-40 minutes. After an hour and a half and a second phone call to them, it arrived.No apology nor credit.Yeah, everyone is short-staffed. But be honest; tell customers if it will be a big delay.Lesson learned; we'll stick with the locally owned takeaways like fish and chips. Cheaper and better service.

This is by far one of the best domino's outlets in the country. Pizza's are all well done and staff are friendly. I hope the team gets recognized for their good work !! Keep it up
