Best Movers Auckland
The movers were lovely, very friendly and helpful. But overall the admin was terrible from the beginning communication was poor. Then when we had a problem it took sending multiple emails and over a month to get a response. Our wardrobe was damaged and our babies cot mattress was delivered wet and mouldy. In our email we were polite and demanded nothing, yet their response they accepted no responsibility and offered no apology. I would never work with this company again and would warn others off.

awesome guys so friendly and helpful. extremely efficient, I hope I don't have to move house again but if I do I will be using this company for sure as they made the whole experience seem effortless and fun

Excellent company to deal with. Right from prompt quotation this company was a pleasure to deal with. Moved fragile and heavy furniture from Wellington to Auckland for us - on time/on quote/without breakages. Thanks Andrew and your team.

Terrible service from these guys. Contacted them 3 weeks prior to wanting to move a single item. Terrible communication from the outset, not listening to my requests around preferred dates and times for the move. But they provided a good price, so I went with it, only for them to tell me a week out that they can't actually move my item on the day requested. They rope you in with a decent price, then work out if they can actually do it and hope that you'll have run out of time to book someone else. Really shady.
